Once the Patient Communicator sale process has been completed, what is the typical turnaround time when you get started with new accounts on the implementation and training phase?

We can begin the training the same day as the installation, though we would prefer a couple of hours after the installation to be able to get familiar with the practice via their website and review of data that we are given access to in order to know how to best set the system up.  It will also be important to have all their contact details (practice phone numbers, practice email address, contact person, legal business name and EIN. and a link to their website if available).
