Do you have breakout training sessions based upon the practice user role or is the training content straightforward and covers all features/functionality of Patient Communicator no matter which practice user attends?

We typically train in 3 sessions of 1 hour each at a convenient time for the practice Monday through Thursday from 9-5 EDT.  The first training sets up the basic system and begins messaging with a review of  how to handle and/or respond to the inbound messaging.  The latter trainings continue the system setup but don't necessarily need non admin/managerial staff.  Some practices have opted to have us train the system with just the admin then do training with the front desk staff once the system is set up.  This can be done in a 1 time session of about 40 minutes or so.
