Sales:
MediPro is responsible for the full sales process, with Patient Communicator providing the necessary sales training, and access to demo sites and any existing promotional materials for MediPro to rebrand and use.
Support:
Initial install, setup and training: To be organized by MediPro and their client, in coordination with Patient Communicator support, such that MediPro support is the one leading the customer experience from the start
Ongoing support - Tier 1 support to be provided by MediPro, Tier 2 customer support and Tier 3 technical support will be provided by Patient Communicator via MediPro's support team (Patient Communicator support will not be in direct contact with the MediPro client).
Pricing:
Setup Fee - $299 one-time fee to be paid entirely to Patient Communicator (if at any point in time MediPro decides to take over the initial setup and training, they will collect the entire setup fee)
Monthly fees for the full system:
$99 per month for the first provider
$36 per month for each addition provider
All revenue is split 50/50 and in addition, all messaging costs and related fees are split 50/50 as well.
So that you can better understand what you will walk away with from an average deal, you can assume that the average costs of a 2-provider deal will be in the range of $20, such that for an average 2-provider deal, each of us will net $57.50 per month, give or take.
