Is there anything the practice needs to do on the daily with Patient Communicator or once it is set up, it runs quietly in the background with little to no user input or management?
Since patients use the ability to text the practice, we always recommend that the system be looked at regularly. Patients may need to cancel or reschedule or even just be looking for directions to the practice. We also recommend that the practice remain logged in to the system and minimize the window when not actively being used. This will allow pop-up notifications on the screen informing the practice of inbound messaging, confirmations, and appointments scheduled online.
