Can someone print and mail their own patient statements but use BillFlash to pay online?
If they are sending statements on their own (outside of BillFlash), the best I could think of would be to create a QR code that links to Paywoot.com and instruct the patients to log in. If the statements are sent with BillFlash, a QR code is already attached, which will allow the patient to pay their bill without logging in, the same way the links work on eBills.
