What is CGM Connection, and how does the pricing work?
CGM Connection is a patient messaging solution for Medisoft and Lytec users. It allows patients to receive a phone call, text, or email reminder about their upcoming appointment. It can also send mass messages.
Pricing:
Pricing is $74.95, per provider, per month and includes up to 3,000 communication credits. Additional communication credits are $0.08 each. The monthly subscription includes email, voice, and SMS (text) reminders. US-based Customers Only. Billing is monthly in arrears. Transactions can be pooled across all providers in the practice. Initial purchase requires the purchase of CGM Connection Setup Per Practice.
Email and standard-length SMS (text) are 1 credit each, outbound voice is 2 credits/min. Incoming responses are 1 credit each. Add’l communications are $0.08/credit. Standard-length texts are 160 characters, and voice calls are per minute.
