  14. Procedures
  15. Results
  16. Imaging Narrative Note
  17. Implantable Devices
  18. Assessments
  19. Treatment Plan
  20. Goals
  21. Health Concerns
  22. Reason For Referral
  23. Functional Status
  24. Cognitive Status
It will not have Provider Notes, and you will not be able to print the actual information in the file.
