What is CureMD's AI Agent?
CureMD's AI Agent is an automated AI agent that answers the phone and provides the following functionality. You can dial 315-201-2245 for a demonstration.

- Intake & Chart Preparation: Register new patients, capture required details, symptoms, health issues & collect consents

- Patient Inquiries: Answer questions related to refills, Payments, Lab & Procedure Information & FAQs/directions
- Conversation Trail: Live transcript, call recording, and conversation history saved to the encounter
- Human Handoffs & Callbacks: Warm transfers with transcript and one-screen summary for the front desk
Pricing is $249.00 per month, per agent, with a one-time setup fee of $249.00 per agent.
Each agent can handle a single call at a time, with additional agents required to manage multiple concurrent calls. Implementation requires SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) connectivity with the customer’s VoIP platform to enable call routing to the AI agent. The estimated timeframe for deploying a PCC agent is approximately 2–3 weeks; however, if number portability is needed, additional time may be required in accordance with the service level agreement defined by the customer’s carrier.
Requirements: AI PCC can integrate with any phone system that supports SIP trunking. In simple terms, SIP trunking establishes a connection between the client’s phone network and ours, enabling AI PCC to route and manage calls without requiring them to replace their existing system. If their vendor does not support SIP trunking, DID forwarding can be used as an alternative. However, this would result in additional costs on top of their PCC licensing, as all calls would need to be transferred back to the office, and we would incur an additional cost for routing them back.
