My Provider Link Workflow

My Provider Link is the website for BillFlash where patients can go make their online payments to your practice 24x7.

Patient goes to My Provider Link to make an online payment.
Someone from your practice will go to the payments section in Lytec, then apply patient payments.
Click ‘Fetch new ePay items’ and start applying each item.
Apply the dollar amount at either the billing level or item level and click Post.
