How to use the Diagnosis (ICD-10) and Procedure (CPT-4) Code Lookup in Lytec?

Please note that you must be connected to the Internet.

Diagnosis Code Lookup:

In Lytec, do the following:

1. Click on Lists > Diagnosis Codes
   
2. Click the lookup button (magnifying glass) or press F3
   
3. Click the ICD-10 Lookup Button. The Diagnosis Code Search box should open up. 
   
4. In the search box, you may enter the code or the description.
   
5. When you find the code, please select it and click OK. The code will now be transferred into Lytec.
   

Procedure Code Lookup:

In Lytec, do the following:

1. Click on Lists > Transaction Codes
   
2. Click the Find CPT button
   
3. The CPT Search box should open up. 
   
4. In the Search For box, you may enter the code or the description.
   
5. When you find the code, please select it and click OK. The code will now be transferred into Lytec.
   
6. Click Save
