How to use the Diagnosis (ICD-10) and Procedure (CPT-4) Code Lookup in Lytec?
Please note that you must be connected to the Internet.
Diagnosis Code Lookup:
In Lytec, do the following:
- Click on Lists > Diagnosis Codes
- Click the lookup button (magnifying glass) or press F3
- Click the ICD-10 Lookup Button. The Diagnosis Code Search box should open up.
- In the search box, you may enter the code or the description.
- When you find the code, please select it and click OK. The code will now be transferred into Lytec.
Procedure Code Lookup:
In Lytec, do the following:
- Click on Lists > Transaction Codes
- Click the Find CPT button
- The CPT Search box should open up.
- In the Search For box, you may enter the code or the description.
- When you find the code, please select it and click OK. The code will now be transferred into Lytec.
- Click Save
