How to reset a user's password in Lytec
To reset a user's password in Lytec, you must have administrator rights.
- Log in to Lytec with the username and password with admin rights. (The default user name is SYSTEM, and the default password is SYSTEM1. This should have been changed and may not work).
- Click on the Admin menu
- Select Users Security Profiles
- Select the user and click Edit
- Update the Password, Verify the Password, and click OK (Please note the password is case sensitive)
If you do not have access to the Admin menu, you are not logged in as the correct user with Admin rights.
