How to obtain a new password for Change Healthcare for those effected by the outage

Before calling Change Healthcare, you will need to obtain your mailbox ID and submitter number. Please follow the steps below.
To obtain your mailbox ID:
  1. Open Revenue Management (not the reports module) by going to BILLING-->REVENUE MANAGEMENT-->REVENUE MANAGEMENT
  2. Open the Communications Session section by going to CONFIGURE-->COMMUNICATIONS
  3. Find the old login for Change Healthcare or RelayHealth in the comm sessions. Under the name column, you will need to look for CHCL or RELAY. The User ID 1 column will show your mailbox ID. Please make note of this.


To obtain your submitter number:
  1. Please send an email to marc@medipro.com with your practice name. A reply will be sent to you with your submitter number.
To obtain your new password:
  1. You will need to call 1-800-543-4997.
Once you receive your new password, please follow these instructions to update it in Revenue Manager:
  1. Open Revenue Management (not the reports module) by going to BILLING-->REVENUE MANAGEMENT-->REVENUE MANAGEMENT
  2. Open the Communications Session section by going to CONFIGURE-->COMMUNICATIONS
  3. Find the old login for Change Healthcare or Relay in the comm sessions and update with the new password.  If the username changed you may need to contact us to finish the configuration.
  4. Save the settings and you should be ready to send claims.

Please note that eligibility is not working, this is for claims only. Do not change any other information in this table.
