Fatal Error - MSLServiceApi initialization failed: Init failed
When a customer tries to login to Lytec cloud, they receive this error:
Resolution: There may be a problem with one of the terminal servers but have the customer wait 3-4 minutes and try it again. If it continues to happen, please get with our support staff.
